Return Eligibility
You can request a return if a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Perishable items, opened products, or items not in their original packaging are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team via email or phone. Provide your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for shipping the product back.
Inspection & Approval
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return criteria. Only products that meet our return policy conditions will be approved for a refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued using the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacement Orders
If a replacement is requested for a damaged or incorrect product, we will ship a new product as soon as possible, without additional charges.
